Joe may not be a photographer, but it's neat to see myself through his eyes...or lens :) Flaws and all. Hair flying everywhere, sweaty, and ready for the rest of the day! I had Joe take a few photos of me while waiting for the wedding party in Downtown Madison, Indiana. I was photographing a wedding this past weekend and really loved this beautiful brick background.
If you follow me on Instagram, then you probably saw that Joe and I have some exciting news! This week we are starting new careers! Joe is actually already at his first day of training for his new position at the company he's been working for. He's changed from third shift to second shift, which will be an adjustment for the both of us.
Tomorrow, I'll be starting as a graphic designer at the Amateur Trapshooting Association and I'm so incredibly excited! Working much closer to home, better hours, and in the job field I'm so passionate about will be incredible. It's funny how you dream of something happening and then, out of the blue, it presents itself to you. I wasn't even looking to change my career and then when they contacted me, it felt like the right path to take.
This change will also allow me more time for freelancing and to follow some more of my dreams. I'm going to wait to share some of the thoughts and plans that are going on right now, but the future is looking great! I'm just thankful for the now and the thoughts and love we've been receiving! Wish us luck!
